Installed in what once were the property’s stables, relic of time when the vines were worked with draft horses, la cave de Sophie is steeped in the character and history of our wines. A blend of past and present, the interior has been carefully restored to conserve its vital role in telling the story of the Domaine de la Clapière… The former feeders that now house our finest vintages still show the tooth marks of the building’s original occupants…
In an atypical setting, our whole range of wines is available to taste and buy. Enjoy a glass of Jardin de Jules, Jalade, Figuerette, Gatefer, or Etincelle (red, white, rosé), alongside a wide selection of local specialties.
